Vince Nardone is a Columbus, Ohio-based attorney that serves as a business advisor to owners and executives of closely-held businesses, counseling them on business planning, tax planning and controversy, cash-flow analysis, succession planning, and legal issues that may arise in business operations. Vince has a Master of Taxation degree in addition to his law degree. He uses his advanced focus in taxation to assist his clients in all aspects of tax planning, tax controversy, and structuring of business operations.

Vince is also a frequent speaker on tax and business planning issues impacting closely-held businesses, including dentists and other health care providers.

Vince values the long-term relationships he has established with his clients and carefully advises them from a business and personal perspective. He goes to great lengths to ensure that the counsel he provides is thoroughly reviewed and specifically tailored to the particular client and situation at hand. Vince also makes it a priority to fully understand the industries in which each of his clients operates so that he may provide effective and relevant business, tax, and legal advice.

Personal

Vince grew up in a blue-collar family on the rural outskirts of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. From an early age, his mother, grandparents, and mentors taught Vince the value of hard work and teamwork through the lens of God, family, and country—values that he considers of utmost importance today.

Vince graduated from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, attended law school, obtained a law degree, and then earned a master’s degree—all with the motivation and goal of joining the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). He fulfilled that dream when he joined the FBI in the late ’90s, where he specialized in white-collar crime, with a focus on securities and healthcare fraud. He will never forget those days.

Vince is now married with three children and enjoys spending time with them in various activities and sports. He is an avid cook, work-out fanatic, and sports enthusiast.
