Jim Boltz (ZBCo.) and Vince Nardone (Nardone Limited) were given the opportunity to discuss associate contracts with the Dental Entrepreneur Society at The Ohio State University on the evening of March 9, 2016. Vince and Jim encouraged the dental students to break their future contracts down into three phases: (i) the term of the contract; (ii) the compensation structure of the contract; and (iii) the exit strategy. It is important for all dentists, not only dental students, to be extremely familiar with every aspect of their employment contract to ensure a good fit and a healthy relationship. We would like to thank all who attended the event, including Jim Boltz and Greg Wetzel for their help in planning, and we look forward to hearing the many success stories that will come from this group in the future!
