Last night’s Transitions “student to business owner” preparation group held an interactive panel discussion lead by Columbus dental attorney Vince Nardone.  Joining him on the panel were Jim Boltz, Managing Partner of Zimmerman, Boltz & Co., and Will Berisford, Senior Vice President Commercial Lending at Columbus First Bank.  Combined, the three of them have been part of the field of dentistry for over 60 years. Not only have they found the field personally rewarding, but they are determined to educate young professionals in the business of dentistry.  The interactive panel, moderated by Dr. Tara Haid, included discussions on finding an associate position, contract negotiation, and getting your finances aligned for ownership.  Nardone Limited would like to thank all of their fellow Transitions advisors, as well as the dental students who attended.
