Vince Nardone Discusses Associate Contracts at Rider + Reinke’s Financial Lightning Round for Optometry and Veterinary Graduate Students

On April 22 and 23, 2020, attorney Vince Nardone spoke at the Rider + Reinke Financial Group’s “Financial Lightning Round for Graduate Students” via Zoom webinar. The setting for this particular Financial Lightning Round was vastly different than in the past as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic. Nonetheless, it was a virtually well-attended event featuring speakers eager to share their finance and business knowledge to students. The graduate students in virtual attendance were mainly optometry and veterinary students. Vince spoke about the importance of recognizing the value that associates bring to the practice as well as specific negotiated legal terms, such as: (i) term of agreement; (ii) compensation; (iii) termination; and (iv) exit strategy, including non-compete and non-solicitation provisions.

Rider + Reinke Financial Group is a comprehensive financial services firm committed to helping their clients improve their long-term financial success. J.D. Archer, Director of Financial Planning, and Sara Canterbury, Financial Planner, coordinated as well as provided some great information to both the optometry and veterinary students. It was a great opportunity for the students to learn, as well as ask questions about their financial future. The event went well, and Vince would like to thank J.D. Archer, Sara Canterbury, and Rider + Reinke Financial Group for this reoccurring opportunity.
