I would like to congratulate Drs. Jason Stoner and Michael Kreitzer on the recent acquisition of a Periodontal Practice in Whitehall. The practice is located at 5180 East Main St. Columbus, Ohio 43213, and will operate under the name East Columbus Periodontics and Dental Implant Specialists.

This expansion will allow additional periodontal specialty services to continue in the Whitehall area with the upcoming retirement of two long-time periodontists. The plan is for Dr. Michael Kreitzer to spend a significant amount of time within the practice, building, and expanding the great relationships that the practice has already developed with its staff, patients, referral sources, and the Whitehall community. As one of the selling Periodontists, Dr. Alan Levy will remain with the practice for an extended period of time, and will continue performing services for the practice, as he has for many years, and will continue to service the referral sources, patients, and other relationships, as those individuals have come to expect.

Thank you for allowing us to be involved, and for allowing us to provide the necessary business and legal advice regarding the negotiation and purchase of the dental practice assets, as well as the negotiation and execution of the lease for the office space. We certainly appreciate it.

Congratulations to Dr. Stoner, Dr. Kreitzer, the selling doctors, and the Whitehall community, which have gained two fantastic additional periodontal specialty doctors. This is certainly a win-win for the doctors and the community.
