On December 14, 2020, Vince Nardone discussed choice of entity at The Ohio Society of CPAs MEGA Tax Conference in a session titled “Choice of Entity: Reality vs Fantasy”.

During Vince’s choice of entity discussion, Vince covered the first step in forming any business—choosing an entity, as well as the tax considerations, advantages, and disadvantages associated with forming a C Corporation, S Corporation, Partnership, Limited Liability Company, or a Co-Ownership.

Vince also covered practical considerations in choosing an entity specifically from the perspective of the real estate, private equity and venture capital, employee stock ownership plan (ESOP), and estate planning professional.
