Vince Nardone Discusses Dental Practice Key Performance Indicators and Team Member Retention at Midwest Implant Institute’s Newest Dental Practice Management Course

On May 1, 2021, Vince Nardone presented at Midwest Implant Institute’s (MII) newest dental practice management course, “[801] How to Start a Successful Implant Practice.” During the eight-hour course designed for practice management leaders, dentists, and their team members, various MII instructors and guest lectures discussed important practice management success factors including standard operating procedures, insurance submittals, practice financials, team culture, hiring for dental practices, enhancing practice marketing, and onboarding/maintaining new patients. Vince specifically contributed to the business course by speaking on the topics of operating based on data-driven decision-making, financial dashboards, and systematic, consistent, and methodical ways of identifying and retaining team members.

As always, thank you to Dr. Rob Heller, Samantha Heller, Destin Le’Marr, and the other course instructors at Midwest Implant Institute for inviting Vince to participate in this highly informative practice management discussion, and for allowing him to share his legal and business consulting experience in dental practice management. The Midwest Implant Institute continues to impress us and dental professionals all over the country with amazing teaching opportunities for implant specialists and doctors focused on becoming specialists in implant dentistry.
